Protégé Softskill Training

Launched on January 28, 2019, the Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) program is a transformative initiative designed to nurture the entrepreneurial and professional skills of young individuals. In collaboration with industry experts, PROTÉGÉ aims to equip participants with the tools they need to excel in the job market and as entrepreneurs, thereby contributing to the national economy's growth.

By the conclusion of the program, PROTÉGÉ participants will have undergone a multifaceted educational experience. They will be exposed to various challenges, including group and individual assignments, discussions, quizzes, games, lectures, and presentations. Moreover, the program incorporates surveys and profiling tools to provide valuable insights into their leadership capabilities, communication skills, prioritization abilities, and personality.
