Professional Training and Education for Growing Entrepreneurs (PROTÉGÉ) is a specialized unit operating under the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development and Cooperative (KUSKOP). In accordance with the National Entrepreneurship Policy (DKN) 2030, PROTÉGÉ's mission is to align and execute strategic initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and supporting the objectives outlined in the policy for the year 2030.

Our Human Resources recruiting project is a comprehensive initiative designed to attract, select, and develop promising young talent to join the organisation and kick-start their careers. This project encompasses a series of strategic steps and activities aimed at sourcing, screening, selecting, and nurturing recent graduates who demonstrate the potential to become protégé within the company.

Our PROTÉGÉ
Starting in January 2025, the commencement of Intake 3 marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to fostering professional growth and development. This new intake follows the strategic course of action outlined by KUSKOP, ensuring that participants engage in a well-structured, eight-month program designed to enhance their skills and capabilities in a comprehensive manner. The applicants come from a broad spectrum of professional backgrounds, particularly in non-technical positions, including Administration, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Graphic Design. Through this intake, we aim to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and networks they need to excel in their respective fields and make meaningful contributions to the company.
